Refund/Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products regardless of whether have been used or not. Please make your selection carefully.

Warranty Policy

All devices and atomizers carry a 30-day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Please test all products for defects after initial purchase. Notify us within the 30-day period if an item is DOA/Defective. All defective products MUST be accompanied with the corresponding paper or email receipt from initial purchase. 

If product is DOA/Defective, we will replace any defective items with working items of the same model. In the case that the same model is not available, then store credit will be issued towards a new device of your choosing.

The warrant does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. The 30-day warranty begins on the day the product is purchased and not on the day it was put to use.

Our products may require maintenance or minor adjustments; this does not mean that the product is defective. Some products may have minor blemished or discoloration. Minor blemishes, nicks, scratches, or dents are expected to occur during the manufacturing process to a minor degree. Scratches and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear an are not covered by the warranty.

Customers that try to returned cloned or replica items (items not purchased from us, and not made by the manufacturers we support), will be treated as a fraudulent action. Items damaged due to user error, misuse or error, are NEVER covered under warranty by us, or the manufacturers of the products we sell. Plier marks, cross threaded fittings, water/liquid damage, and etc are considered user error.

ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR 30-DAY WARRANTY: Cartridges, Cartomizers, E-Liquids, and Clearance Items

Compatibility

Although many of our products employ "Universal" Fittings or advertise "Cross-Compatibility" amongst brands, we do not guarantee that our parts and products are compatible with those of other manufacturers or suppliers.

We check all information very carefully, however, an occasional error may occur, or, manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
